Obituary of Margaret W. Grainger

GRAINGER, Margaret W. Peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital after a brief illness, on Saturday, August 30, 2008 in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her sister Della Cocks. Loved aunt of Norma Kellogg (Ed) and Cameron Cocks (Margaret) and their families. Also lovingly remembered by the families of her late dear friends Norma Jackson and Norma Barlow. Margaret was retired after many years of teaching with the Hamilton Board of Education as well as the Hamilton Teachers College. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, September 4th at 1 p.m. Interment Stoney Creek Cemetery. Special thanks to the Staff of Atrium Villa, for all of their care and affection toward Margaret.
