Obituary of Colleen Grant

GRANT, Colleen It is with great sadness that our family announces the sudden passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Colleen Grant at her home on Monday December 14, 2009 in her 80th year. Predeceased by her husband Stan, and happily re-united with her loving son Jack. Mother to Jim (Elizabeth), Susan (Dave) and David (Tammy). Loving grandmother to Michael (Lynda), Mark, Karen, Erika and James. Colleen cherished her great-grandchildren, Emily and Daniel. She leaves behind her sisters Marg (Bern) and Linda. And will be dearly missed by her best friend and companion Mac (Bill MacDonald) She will be also be missed by her neices, nephews and many friends. Visitation at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Ave. Dr., Stoney Creek (905-662-2948) on Thursday, December 17, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Followed by the funeral service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 p.m. and interment at Woodland Cemetery.
