Obituary of Helen May Green

GREEN, Helen May (nee Thompson) Peacefully, at the Juravinski Hospital, on Saturday, February 25, 2012, in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of Ronald L. (Bud) Green for 61 years. Loving mother of Janice (Don) Raymond. Dear grandmother of Charlene (Jamie) O’Grady, Jason (Rose) Raymond, Cherie (George) Hill and great-grandchildren Billy and Evelyn. Predeceased by her parents George and Margaret and her brother Gordon. Helen is also survived by nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff at Heritage Green Nursing Home and the Juravinski Hospital for their loving care and service. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Tuesday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Auld Kirk Cemetery.
