“I still can’t believe you’ve left our street Sandy. I can barely see with these tears in my eyes. We miss you terribly. You were such a great friend and neighbour to us our whole lives. You always helped and supported us when our parents got sick. You were thoughtful and kind-hearted, and it was an honour to have known you. We’ll always remember you. As the years pass and time moves continuously on, the passing of dear and precious family members remind us how important it is to love and cherish the times we spend together with friends and family through the daily hustle and bustle of our lives.
The sudden and unexpected passing of my Aunt and the not so sudden passing of my dear Uncle just over a year ago have left a tremendous hole in my heart that will never be filled. I am so thankful for the lifetime of memories I have of you both and for the love and support you have shown me for as long as I can remember. I will miss you tremendously at family gatherings but will cherish the memories of you always.
Because of COVID, we have not been able to gather and celebrate times together, but will when it is safe to do so. In the meantime here is a just a glimpse into the joy and happiness of times past.

Sandy was a bright light to all who knew her. She was a fierce card and dice player on Safe Harbor Games & was loved by all she encountered. So sorry to have of Sandy's death.
Due to the pandemic I have not seen her for some time, and the last time I spoke on the phone with her would have been last August 4 on her birthday.
I have so many fond recollections of card games we used to play on the Internet. Sandy was always a great card player!

My beautiful Aunt Sandy has gone to be with my dear Uncle Bill and all the rest of our family. I remember the first day I met her I loved her from that moment. Uncle Bill drove up to Grammas on his motorcycle and she was on the back... I was tiny and they were new sweethearts, I asked if I could call her Aunt Sandy she laughed and said yes... the rest is history... sweet hearts united again. I will miss you till we meet again. To all members of Sandy's family,
We share your sorrow with the passing of Sandy, a great loss to us all.
Our memories of Sandy and Bill go back to our teens and then marriages and births as we entered into adulthood. Raising our families we shared many evenings together. Remember the Oodles of Noodles nights and the board game that Bill made for race cars, and the kids in the swimming pool, good times.
