Obituary of Evelyn Patricia (Pat) Ecker

 (nee Hutchings)

September 13, 1937 – November 1, 2021

Passed away peacefully at Juravinski Hospital. Pat and Malcolm were married on October 6, 1956 and had 65 wonderful years of a loving marriage. Cherished mother of Lynn and her husband Alan Ellis, and Lee and her husband Don Wilson. Cherished and devoted Nana of Sam (Porkchop) Ellis, Heather Wilson and her fiancé Jake Turl, and Connor (Toad) Wilson. Loved sister of Jean (Angelo) Accadia, the late Ardella Fisher, the late Shirley Ladenchuk. Will be missed by her sisters and brothers-in-law Marjorie Tossell (the late Harold), Marie (Howard) Laidman, Dorothy (the late Jim) Tomlinson and her partner Dino, Harvey Ecker (the late Bonita), and Larry (Dianne) Ecker. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. She will also be greatly missed by best friends Cherie and Jeannie. At Pat’s request, there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Pat was a member of Legion Branch 163 and thoroughly enjoyed her time working at Walmart Ancaster.
