Obituary of Robert (Bob) Cordiner

Passed away peacefully at Carpenter Hospice, with his loving family by his side, on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the age of 82. Married for 62 years to the love of his life, Pat (Foran). Dearly loved father of Terri Lynn and her husband Mark. Mr. C will be deeply missed by his granddaughters Kate and Sam. Son of Sadie and John Cordiner. Lovingly raised and cherished by parents Sadie and Mike Kozack. Loved like a son by Anne and Irv Foran. Dear brother of John (Bonnie), Anne (the late Ron), Rita (George), Michael (Pennie), Alex (Judy) and Ralph (Jenn). Loved brother-in-law of Judy (Duke). He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Bob and Pat were the proud owners of R&R Crane for many years. In his retirement he enjoyed travelling with Pat, spending time on the golf course and being creative in his workshop. He will be remembered for his humour, kindness, generosity towards others, and for being a true gentleman. Heartfelt thank you to the staff of Carpenter Hospice, for all of your loving care. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday, December 11, 2021 from 1-5 p.m. Proof of full vaccination will be required to attend. A private celebration of life for immediate family will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations to Carpenter Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
