My deepest condolences to Donna’s family. I worked with Donna in the Cardiac Care Unit. Such a hard working lady. She took pride in her work. Donna was always kind to me and other nurses on our team. She will be greatly missed.

My sincerest sympathies to the family of this adorable kindred spirit. I only spoke to you once outside of work and you were very kind to me. We'd seen each other often but never spoke before and since that one rime we always smiled at each other and said hello. I could tell you were someone who would be loyal and a forever friend. From our nightshifts at the Barton Bean ( where we became fast friends and got up to all sorts of shannanigans) to us both becoming EA's for Hamilton Health Sciences, We were pretty much joined at the hip. 14 years of the best friendship. Even when I transferred from the General to St Peters, we were always in contact one way or another. I am going to miss everything about you, my friend. To Billy, Neil, Pat and all of Donna's grandchildren ( who she absolutely adored) my condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Donna was a fantastic lady and she is going to be missed so much!! xoxoxo

My condolences to the Family on losing such a bright light. Donna was a true friend, her smile and laughter was contagious and her smart mouth. We met and became fast friends we understood each other, knew what the other was thinking with just a look. The picture was taken when we went on a cruise (a first for both of us) first plane ride, first cruise, we had a blast. Donna will be greatly missed by many. Rip dear friend

What can I say about this wonderful person that hasn't already been said!! When Donna walked in to Tim Horton on Barton & Lake, almost 20 years ago, I just knew we would be life long friends. Even when I moved to Whitby, we still kept in touch regularly. To Neil, Patrick & Billy, their families and to her mom & stepdad, you all are in my thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time. No more Mel & Donna time my friend.
