What a lovely picture of Ruth! This is how Larry and I see her in our thoughts. Strong and resilient. Open and no-nonsense. Proud and pleased. She herself was one of a kind in a generation that we will not soon see again. Rest in peace, dear Ruth, dear Mother, dear Oma.
