Dear Joan and Family, We called Him “ Superdave” as he zoomed around the Dundas trails in fluorescent clothing! Dave was always interesting and friendly to talk too and we shared his love of cycling and the outdoors. Joan, bless you for your patience with a man who walked to the beat of his own drummer while proudly loving his family at the same time. I spoke to Dave at church before Covid and he announced that he had turned 80 and had cancer. Our condolences go to all of you. We will miss him.Juliane and Harold Gruneberg

Joan and family, I have many memories of sharing with Dave at the Builder's at West Highland Baptist Church. Once Dave started a "Dave's Corner" complete with a sign as there were at least 4 other Daves in attendence and Dave had them all sit together under the sign. He loved to show us pictures of his model planes. I will miss him. Joyce joins me in sending our love and condolences. Joyce and Ian Arnott

Dear Joan, we were saddened to hear of Dave's passing and want to extend our condolences to you and the rest of the extended family. I remember the time Dave and I spent together on the men's trip to New York State. We had a great time together and enjoyed each others friendship. Our Janet was great friends with Sharon and Sharon and Bob still attend Philpott and play an active role in our church ministry.
