Obituary of Stefan Zelinsky

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Stefan Zelinsky on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at the age of 86. Beloved father of Stefan (Steve) and Julie. Predeceased by his brother John and his parents Barbara and Steve of Slovakia. Stefan immigrated from Slovakia in1942.  He worked as a baker  for 40 years at Sunshine Bakery in Hamilton.  He was an avid gardener and loved nature.  He will be missed but remains forever in our hearts. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. All guests must register on-line to attend. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, in accordance with the Bereavement Authority of Ontario facial mask/coverings are required. Please visit the Funeral Home website or call 905-662-2948 to register your attendance for visitation due to limited space availability, visitors will only be accepted by scheduled appointment only and will be asked to wait in their vehicle until their allotted time.
