Evelyn, Brad, Tim and Terry ... so sad to hear of Ron's passing. He was such a special and kind soul. Some of my fondest memories of him are the camping trips our families took together. Such special times ... fishing, around the campfire telling stories and the smell of your Dad's pipe. I'm sure he's going to be well received in heaven, by all of his square dancing family. There may even be a square dance calling prankster up there waiting to have a chuckle with him.
Love and hugs
Wendy (Carviel) and Dan MacQueen

Our Condolences to the Crawford Family.
Ron was my Scout Master and have many fond memories of my Scouting days.
In more recent times my wife and I moved back to the neighbourhood and saw Ron on his daily walks. Always upbeat and had time for a small chat. When asked how he was doing you got his standard reply "Hanging in there like an old sock kid".
You will be missed in the neighbourhood.

The world is a little less bright today. When I ran Hospitality Plus at SCUC, I was always delighted when I knew Ron and Evelyn would be volunteering to help that day’s catering. I have no higher praise than to describe Ron as a scamp. Always so full of joy, beans and obvious love for Evelyn. He never once failed to bring laughter and fun to my day.
My deepest sympathies are with Evelyn and your family, and send prayers to you all for peace, grace and enduring fond memories.

So sorry to read about my cousin Ron Crawford passing. Evelyn and Ron were always a part of my life growing up...I remember when you got married...and somewhere in my Mom's photos is a great photo of both of you, Ron carrying you Evelyn at Aunt Mary's house just before you got married. Just know we are thinking about you Ev and know we are so very sorry. You Evelyn are a carbon copy of my late Mom. You always were...could have been taken for sisters years ago. Sincerely, Sharon and Pat
