To the Roussel family,
My sincere condolences. The last time I saw Bryan was at Mohawk college. We used to cross paths randomly in the hallways, have a quick chat and off to class or the Arnie. We first met in grade 9 at G. P. Vanier. He was a great friend, had a kind soul and was an absolute natural athlete.
RIP my dear friend.

Gerry and family,
My deepest condolences at this sad and tremendously difficult time. Bryan reported to me for a couple of years while working in Hamilton Client Services. He was kind, hard working, generous and warm hearted. During his 20 years with the Agency he touched many lives. You raised a fine man and I was honoured to have had the pleasure of working with him.
Tenderly may time heal your sorrow…
Gently may friends help ease your pain…
Softly may peace replace heartache…
Until only the tenderest of memories…
Remain forever in your hearts.

Auntie Mad, Uncle Gerry, Nicole, Roxanne, and Chloe…
I am still speechless after hearing about the loss of Bryan.
Some of my most cherished memories of the times our families have spent together.
Collingwood in the summers, Disney World, and the Stoney Creek/ Streetsville rivalry that went from the ice to the basement whenever we played over the winter are just a few of the great times that come to mind.
I am so sorry I wasn’t there for his celebration but please believe me that I was thinking of all of you today.
You are all tremendously strong people and have many who love you and will support you during this sad time.
Bryan was a great Son, Brother, Father, and Friend and will be missed terribly.
My sincerest condolences…
Kevin Lancaster

I worked with Bryan at the Hamilton Airport early in his career. Even though he was there for a short time I was amazed at how fast he connected with people and so easy to get along with. I know he touched alot more people and will be sadly missed by many.

Dear Mr and Mrs Roussel, Nicole, Dave and all of your amazing family;
A huge piece of my heart was broken.. and my tears keep seeming overwhelming.
Bryan was such an amazing human and kind soul. We shared many memories over all those years. Though our paths went different ways; he will always be a huge piece of my heart!
Please find peace knowing my Dad will be there, with a glove in hand for him.

My sincerest condolences to the Roussel family. Bryan and I have been friends since he arrived at Notre-Dame in grade 3. He has always been a very kind and sweet guy, and had a quiet way of inspiring me to be a better person. He was also an incredible athlete. Everyone liked Bryan. I have been blessed by his friendship and enjoyed being able to have deep conversations, while also being ridiculously silly together. Laughing at each other and ourselves. Bryan was one of those friends for me where we may go a little while without connecting, but when we did, it was like there was never any space between us.
We also shared a love for the same music. One of the last emails Bryan sent me was the song "Hallelujah" - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y8AWFf7EAc4
Miss you and love you brotha...Hallelujah.

My wife Gillian and I are absolutely heartbroken. Bryan and I met in the first few weeks of grade 9 and became lifelong friends. The boys remember him as being a natural athlete with a self-deprecating humour, while the girls all had a crush on him! We went camping in Brantford (where he got his car broken into!), played hockey at the Quad, golfed at Grand Niagara the year it opened & played tennis at Valley Park. He was always generous with our kids when they were younger and I'll cherish our Friday lunches in our early/mid 30s (which evolved to him making our lunches!) Our sincere condolences to Bryan's parents, Nicole, Roxanne et Chloé.

My heart goes out to all of the family. I had the pleasure of working with Bryan. He was a very intelligent man, very dedicated to his work. He was always sharing his knowledge and helping co-workers with research and assisting clients. My daughters went to school with him and speak highly of the high school years. He will be missed. May your memories help to ease your pain at this time. Patricia Novak
