Cathy had an exterior that was tough as nails, but an absolute heart of gold. She always fought for the little guy and I will never forget how she took me under her wing when I first started at the Police Service so many years ago. She made me feel welcome, taught me so much, and was a dear friend who I will sincerely miss. Safe journey friend. And God bless.
