To Bonnie and the girls. Please accept our deepest condolences at this time of grief and sorrow. Jack and I were both Dofasco guys. Bonnie I’m so glad to have been introduced to Jack. It was cool to golf with him at Scenic Woods my old course. Jack was a guy’s guy. The best kind there is. Bonnie you are in our thoughts and prayers. Doug Pegg and Olga Ojero

Bonnie and Family:
Jack was a friendly neighbour in our neighbourhood for many years. I always enjoyed chatting with him as I passed his house on my daily dog walks. He struck me as a sensible, sincere man for whom the love of his family was paramount to him.

The Palmers were a huge part of my childhood. I remember Jack as a great coach, sports fan and family man. I always felt welcomed in their home as if I was their own daughter. There were many afternoons swimming in their pool, dinners and playing with their many pets. Jack has left behind an incredible and beautiful legacy. May the wonderful memories help you through the difficult days ahead. He will live on in your hearts. Thinking of you all. With love, Pam Lediard (Dawson) oxo

Our family had the great pleasure of getting to know Jack and his family when we were next door neighbours with his daughter, and our good friend, Sharlene. We were able to share time at bbq's and a special birthday celebration for Jack. We knew him to be a kind man who clearly loved his family so much.
We are sending our sincerest condolences to the entire family. May your sweet memories carry you all through such a sad time. We are thinking of you all.
John and Wanda Hayward and girls.

Jack was a true gentleman. His love for his family could never be measured. I am very lucky to have been friends and worked beside Jack during his tenure at Scenic Woods. He will be missed by all of the staff and members at the club. Jack can now play golf with the likes of Ben Hogan and Arnold Palmer and remind them to keep the cart away from the greens. Miss you my friend.
