Martine we are so sorry for your loss. We only met Bill a handful of times over the years, but each time was fun and memorable. Bill had such a unique personality… always good for a laugh with anyone he met. Martine, you told me a story ~25 years ago, about your delicate little wedding ring. That story stuck with me and I have always admired the pure, true love you shared with Bill. I am sure Bill’s spirit lives on in you, your sons and all the people he was closest with.

Willem was a true gentleman with a caring heart full of love and laughs. I worked with him for many years when he would call in or work with us in the office. He was always able to offer us a hand or a story. He told me about Aruba so much that I had to see for myself and still think of him whenever I go. He was able to make anyone he encountered smile or laugh. Such a giving and wonderful soul. My deepest condolences from the bottom of my heart to his family

Bill Hollander was a blessing to us all here at Trumpf Farmington,CT US. He would come in from Canada with his strong accent and never ending smile brightening up the entire Trumpf campus. Bill was a joy to work with whether he was on a machine with a complex problem knee deep in the muck of it or on phone support trying to get the service engineer to fix what he could not see.
His quick wit and humor will be missed as he was a blessing to us all.

Bill Hollander aka Bilbo, one of the good guys, great parents, part of a group of Winona high school friends that I was very fortunate to be a part of.....my mom liked him a lot....he just fit in anywhere we went...solid is for me the best descriptive term for him......never seemed to have a bad day

Everyone needs to have an “Uncle Bill”.

I first met Bill while attending Winona High School and have known him for over 50 years. I have great memories of the times I shared with him - traveling in Europe, camping trips, playing hockey, and the years that I roomed with him. I was honored to be the best man at his wedding. I always enjoyed seeing Bill and his family on my visits from Texas during the past twenty six years. I will never forget ‘Bilbo’ and all the adventures that I shared with him - I will greatly miss him - may he Rest In Peace forever.
