Obituary of Margaret Patricia "Pat" Ivanco

Mom passed away peacefully early on Saturday, October 22nd at her home in Binbrook.  Born in Burlington, Margaret Patricia Henderson, daughter of Stuart and Leila, was better known as Pat.  She lived in Stoney Creek most of her life and was married to John Ivanco for 64 years until his death in 2016.  Pat was a stay-at-home Mom devoted to her three children and husband.  She later worked part-time at Sears Centre Mall in the jewellery department.  She enjoyed playing euchre every Monday with the Senior Citizens Club of Binbrook.  Pat is survived by her daughter Chris (Denis) Gibbons of Burlington, sons Don (Erika) Ivanco of Hamilton and Bob (Sharon) Ivanco of Stoney Creek. Also survived by grandchildren Nathan of Hamilton, Sarah (Matt) of Ottawa and Skeeter (Marko) of Hamilton, as well as several nephews and nieces. Predeceased by sisters Betty, Mary, Joan and brother Austin. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday, October 28, 2022 from 10 a.m. until the time of service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice are greatly appreciated.  Notes of sympathy and condolence may be made at www.donaldvbrown.ca
