Obituary of Celine Marie Nason

After her 4th battle with cancer, the angels finally said, enough is enough and took her home on November 23rd, 2022 in her 70th year. Celine is back in the loving arms of her mother Germaine, father Roger, her sister Suzanne, brother-in-law, Patrick and her courageous nephew Jeffrey. She is survived by her devoted husband of 40 years, Gerry. Loving mother of Mike (Helen), Tera (Harry), step-mother to Mike (Sharon), Andrea and Tim (Ashley). Cherished grandmother to Ben, Zack, Brooklyn, Lauren, Maya, Carson, Nolan, Taylor and Jake. Treasured sister of Lizette (Bob), sister-in-law Mary (David) and remembered by many nephews and nieces. A special thank you to Celine’s palliative nurses Rachel and Anne for the unwavering care and compassion. Celine is best known for her enthusiasm for life, her love of her family, music, dancing and travel. New adventures await! Friends and family will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday, December 3rd from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Family will be sharing memories starting at 4:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to McNally House Hospice or Juravinski Cancer Center.
