Keshia was a large part of my youth. She was a wise older sister when I needed one. And knew when to say not so delicate observations. To teach some of her wisdom. May Keshia Rest In Peace.

Keshia and I worked together years ago. She taught me a lot and was always bright, patient and funny. Then a couple of years ago, out of the blue, after not seeing each other for years, she called & we reconnected and got all caught up. It was so nice! After Covid hit the world we were mostly phone friends, though one lovely spring day we masked up and went to the Hamilton Art Gallery and the Gage Park Greenhouse.I’m so glad we got to spend some time. She loved her family so much, and even through rough times, had a wicked sense of humour. My condolences to everyone. I will miss my friend.

Keisha was 5 yrs when I realized she could read, words most 5 yr Olds did not read. She was very intelligent. Passionate about those she cared for,her love for family was deep,
especially our little brother Stephen, her neices and nephews. I would miss our late night talks on the phone and if we had a disagreement, she would send me a song to say sorry, we would end up singing together to each other. It is a pity memories don't live like people do. Forever in my heart.
