To Dell and her entire family; We were so saddened to learn of Jim's passing while we were away on vacation, for the past three weeks. Sorry to hear about Jim's passing, condolences to the whole family. I remember Jim as always being super friendly, he was the one that sold me first camera and got me into the fun of taking pictures. RIP Jim.

Dear Dell and family: sending our deepest sympathies. We are shocked and saddened by Jim’s passing. I have known Jim for many years from our days at Stelco. Jim was always interesting to talk to with a great sense of humour and a positive outlook which we loved. Jim and I loved to kid each other and have a few laughs. My sincere condolences to Dell and the rest of the family. I've known Jim since I was in grade school. Jim was always cheerful and always an inspiration to me. Whenever we met and i asked how he was, his response was always "most excellent!" It take a pretty amazing man to feel that way and answer honestly, that way. I will certainly miss Jim but never forget him.

Dell & Family - my deepest sympathies. I have known Jim fairly well for a few years now through the Jim & Frank home renovation services. For reasons Jim and Frank are well aware, we initially needed some extensive renovations on the main floor of our house in Burlington. When I asked my good friend Jeff Carter, Frank's brother-in-law, if he knew of anyone to do this work he instantly recommended them. This was the first of four projects they completed for us. Their work was always outstanding, creative when required and invoiced fairly. I and my family never considered anyone else for the next three projects. As a bonus, Jim and I shared a real affection for Steely Dan music - in fact he seemed to work harder when I played that music for them! They constantly proved on a daily basis the true power of word of mouth advertising when the services provided were always so excellent. Memories of Jim (and Frank) will live on forever for me for as long as I own this house and likely also when I play Steely Dan tunes.
