Rhonda was our next door neighbour for the past 22 years. She was quiet, intelligent and could be very funny. She took pride in decorating her home. Once when we returned from a Quebec road trip to find our garage door had broken, Rhonda came to our rescue. She let us use her facilities, provided us with refreshments, and when Roger borrowed her ladder to climb the back fence, jump onto the shed roof and then to the ground to try our key in the back doors, Rhonda scurried up the ladder before he could get her to come down. She was willing to do the climbing for him. We thought that was so sweet of her. We send our sincere condolences to all of Rhonda’s family. I’m sure there will be a space there which no one else could ever fill. We truly hope she is at peace and will never forget her.
