Obituary of June Harris

HARRIS, June (Mather) At the Hamilton General Hospital on Thursday, January 14, 2010, in her 84th year. Beloved wife of 64 years to Leslie Harris. Beloved mother of Peter and Carol and her husband Wayne Baxter. Very loving grandmother to Kelly and her husband Bill Carpenter and Jennifer and her husband Adam Kelsey and adoring great-grandmother of Willie and Ashley Carpenter and Alexis Kelsey. Dear sister of Sheila and her husband Peter Lalonde and Brain Mather. Sister-in-law of Wally and Dorothy Harris. Will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. June was along time resident of Chateauguay, Quebec. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, January 19 at 1 p.m. Cremation will follow. “Will be always in the hearts of her “Original Five”
