Wendy and Family,
We are so sorry for your loss.
Ross was an amazing man.
He had a big heart. He always made sure that the Remax support team received a special Christmas bonus.
He also made sure if anyone wanted to order calendars-he was ready to include them in his order.
He was a delight to work with. Always cheerful and engaging.
You are in our thoughts and prayers,
Craig and Coleen Bush

Sending my deepest condolences to the Robertshaw family. I worked at Re/Max and Ross was the most kind man, who orchestrated a beautiful tribute when I moved to Australia to become a teacher over 16 years ago. He even wrote a song for me. I will miss him dearly and have so many memories of him from our Re/Max days. Sending you my thoughts and prayers.

Ross Robertshaw. My Uncle & Godfather. What a guy!!! I will miss him forever. I am deeply saddened our fishing trips with Ross have come to an end. It’s horrible to know that I will never see, talk, laugh, fish & eat with him ever again. Our yearly tradition will still be carried on & his name will always be cherished & remembered. Thank you for everything Uncle Ross!!! We will miss you❤️

Our family is thinking of Wendy, Chrissy, Jeff & all of the grandchildren & siblings, keeping you in our thoughts & prayers. When I first met Ross in 1974 through work, we hit it off right away. Our friendship & fishing trips flourished for 48 years. Fishing competitions to show off our skills had rules & was the topic of many conversations as to who caught the biggest fish. Ross was very proud of his children & grandchildren & bragged about their hockey, football & accomplishments in school. Ross loved & respected Wendy & he cherished the time she joined him at Lake Dalrymple for their first fishing trip together, with Wendy catching the biggest fish. Ed & Brenda & our family will miss Ross greatly & will cherish our memories, friendship & fishing tales.

Mrs Robertshaw, Chrissy & Matty, Jeff & Jina, and all the Boys,
My heart aches for your sadness and great loss. Sending you love during this most difficult time.
My heart holds many fond memories of Mr Robertshaw: a doting Papa, his hearty singing, his great story-telling, Chrissy and Jeff’s biggest fan, red roses for Mrs Robertshaw on their anniversaries, Saturday steak night, his stern lectures as a younger man and his great bear hugs in his later years, the genuine happiness he shared when he saw you, “Michelle my Belle”, wearing a pink shirt to meet Lorraine, and that he always wanted the best for others. It is so special to us that Ross sold our condo and helped us buy our forever home.
He will be missed greatly.
Sincerely,
Michelle
Sincerely,
Michelle

We are so incredibly sorry for your loss. Mr.Robertshaw, your incredible dad and loving grandfather, is the epitome of a family man. The leader of the Band is tired.
Ross, full time Realtor extraordinaire, part time song writer. He must have re-written the words to hundreds of songs cause he NEVER sang the right ones !! Way too many great times and lessons learned from a great man. He was a terrific mentor to all of us. He lived for a good fishing trip with family and good friends. He was always so proud and happy to cook bacon and eggs for the whole crew each morning on our trips. He loved the little things and they had to be just so, every year. He lived for a nice T-bone steak, baked potata and corn on the cob, with a nice cold rye and ginger. He always said, if you won a million dollars, you still cant eat any better. Ross made our fishing trips what they became, and my boys love to carry on the same traditions.
There are just some things in life you cant believe, and this just feels like one of them.
Tight lines my brother, Tight lines.

Wendy and family,
My deepest condolences and prayers for all of you . I have very fond memories of Ross when we were at the Old Re/Max Escarpment office on Fennell. I use to come into his office frequently and he would always give good business and fatherly advice. We enjoyed many outings to Pete’s Market and Niagara Falls . Ross was a consumate professional and most importantly a proud family man who immensely loved his family and grandchildren. He will be sadly missed but not forgotten. May his memory be eternal…

Ross loved life and. Adored his kids and grandkids!!! He enjoyed the simple things in life - he loved sittin around with guitars and singing (sometimes off key) he never played guitar but always orchestrated!!!! We would always sing the Robertshaw classic. Gotta go fishing. And lord it’s hard to be humble! He was of such presence you knew when Ross arrived!!!
