I worked with Chuckie ( i called him) for 19 years. I could always count on chuck to make me laugh. Chuck was always a very happy man, never once, in the 19 years i worked with him, did I ever see him mad or upset. Chuck was a joy to work with and i feel blessed to have known him. My condolences to the family. He will be sadly missed.
