Dearest Sandy, Dave and Josh: During the years Jean and I worked at Central Region, we formed a close friendship which continued into our retirement years. We enjoyed being able to get together for lunches for the last number of years where we would discuss our kids, grandkids and the good old days at Hydro. Jean was a bright light whose light will continue to shine and I will miss her very much. Thinking of you and the rest of Jean's family, Sandra Edwards

My sincerest condolences to Sandy and the whole Winchester family. I met Mrs. Winchester when I was 16 years old and continued to know and see her over the many years I knew her. She had a smile that would light up a room and was always so kind, caring and thoughtful. I know that those same, loving qualities live on in her daughter, Sandy. May she rest in peace.
