Deepest condolences to the Zamora family from Darryl Buckle and his family.
Emil and his two brothers were members of the wedding party of Darryl and Theresa Buckle in September of 1955. (Emil and Walter were Ushers, with Steve as the Best Man)
All three also attended the 50th Anniversary as well.
Rest in Peace.

Emil was a long time supervisor while I was the Charge Nurse on the Liaison Unit at St Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton, and later as college with McMaster University Health Sciences Faculty for 33 yrs. He had an amazing style and gentle approach with patients but also was direct and honest in his feedback to them. His intuitiveness was remarkable, "no one pulled the wool over his eyes ".
l was so lucky to have him as a mentor both professionally and personally and he truly helped me shape a successful career.
Dr Zamora was my son Mike's " private shrink ". He was diagnosed having a severe Bipolar illness from age 13, He was there for guidance in securing him the right resource initially, and then directly as an adult up to 4 yrs ago. Mike is now managing his own care. We cannot express enough gratitude to Dr Zamora, Emil, for being there for us and his dedication to all his clients, family and friends. He was loved and will be missed by all.

We, The Booths, were directly the across the street from a fun, vibrant and busy family led by Emil and Kathy. Emil was a kind gentle man with a lovely smile. Always a big hug and wonderful greeting. Even when the house was sold and we all moved we would manage one way or another to catch up and it was always the same. Emil and my late father Ted sailed a few times on Hamilton Bay and Lake Ontario. Very sorry for the loss to all the children and grand-children. Condolences on behalf of my mother Nancy, sister Sue and myself, Dave Booth.

Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
I only met your dad a few times, but he always had a smile on his face. RIP Dr. Zamora

I’m so grateful to have had you in my life for as long as I did and I’m happy you were able to meet all of our babies. Your love, support and wisdom will always be remembered. You will forever be in our hearts. I picture you reuniting with Kathy, red roses in hand. Rest in peace. You will be greatly missed. Xo
