Back in the seventies, my sister Sigrid and her family came to visit us in BC. Not only did Carlos build us a picnic table which we enjoyed for many years, he also made us the best bbq chicken we have ever had. Looking back with fond memories and sending condolences to the entire family. Cathrine, Gunther, Henry & Susan Ostermann.

A man may die, but his legacy will continue through his deeds. My dear Tio, you have accomplished many good things in life. A beautiful family that you are so proud of. As you said “I have good kids!” You worked hard and with your loving hands have done so much for me. You have always helped me and mere words cannot express how grateful I am. I am honoured to have a true friend in an uncle and now feel a great sorrow to lose him. Tio, you will always be remembered no matter what. I love you. You sleep well, querido Tio.
