Obituary of Douglas Arnold Green

We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of Doug, in his 83rd year, on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at his home in Stoney Creek Predeceased by his parents Arnold and Fern. Beloved husband of Judy (Bridgewater) for 60 years. Loving father of Cam (Patty), grandfather of Thomas, Brittany (Colin) Boutilier, and Brandon (Lindsay Burns). Great-grandpa to Toby. Brother of Marlene Archer and Lynn Williams. “Big Brother" of Elaine.

Doug worked at a few companies before landing at Thomson Gordon in Burlington, where he worked until his retirement. He enjoyed many years of golf at both Southbrook and Glendale. Countless hours were spent fiercely dedicated to the Stoney Creek Historical Society and the preservation of family histories. Cremation has taken place with a private family internment at a later date. A Celebration of Life will follow.
