Obituary of Anne Depew

With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of our devoted mother and grandmother Anne, on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Ronald (2011). Dearly loved mother of Maureen Latka (Fred), the late Cathy MacDonald (Joe), Rhonda Davis (Daniel). Cherished grandmother of Joey (Shaylah), Matthew (Shanan), Nicole (Tiberio), Patrick (Michelle), Colin, and great-grandmother of Andrew, Makaylah, Laylah, Clara and Sullivan. Predeceased by her parents Sarah and Michael Kozack. Dear sister of the late John Cordiner (the late Bonnie), the late Robert Cordiner (Pat), Rita Pryor, Michael Kozack (Pennie). She will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews.

Anne was a past president of the 5 Pin Bowlers Association and devoted her time to the 5 Pin YBC. Anne and her husband Ron were proud to have managed Sherwood Centre for many years. She also enjoyed spending her time at Water Fit at Riverdale Recreational Centre. Anne will forever be remembered for her absolute love of her family. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A private family interment will be held at a later date.
