Obituary of Rada Trpkovski

Rada Trpkovski (née Njegovan) passed away at Juravinski Hospital on Friday, March 29, 2024, at the age of 66 after a long illness. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Pance, and her children, Milena and Alek. Daughter of the late Dusan Njegovan and late Anka Njegovan (née Bobic), sister to the late Zorka Njegovan, Marija Milinkovich (née Njegovan) (late Pavle), Jovan Njegovan (Jagoda), and Nikola (Marina).

Rada will be dearly missed by family, kumovi and friends, and remembered as a warm, kindhearted woman of immeasurable strength and unmatched wit. Fiercely loyal, sharply funny, and a lover of good food and company, Rada was a generous soul who was easy to love.

Family and friends will be welcomed for a Visitation at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, April 2, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Pomen at 6:30 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, April 3, at 11 a.m. with the Very Reverend Angel Stanchev officiating. Interment to follow at Mountview Gardens Cemetery. Flowers may be sent to the Funeral Home.
