Obituary of Sylvia Henry

HENRY, Sylvia The family of the late Sylvia Henry (nee Joncas) are saddened to announce the sudden, but peaceful passing at the Hamilton General Hospital on November 20, 2013 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Ernest Joncas and the late Charles Henry. Cherished mother of Dianne Kydd (Paul) and Robert Joncas (Karen). Loving grandmother of Timothy (Margaret), Jaqueline (Albert), Jeremie, Tanya (Frederick), Robert (Sarah) and great-grandmother of Gabriele, Tristin, Joel, Chanice, Justus, Jason and Julius. Sylvia was involved with the Girl Guides, Rangers, Pathfinders, Trefoil and member at Stoney Creek United Church. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. A private graveside service will be held at Mountview Cemetery at a later date.
