Deb and Mo and family - I know this is such a hard time but what a blessing your mom has been to you all. I know you loved her to the very end and what a tribute that alone says. You can never grieve a person who has lived such a long life and loved by all. She will always be remembered by all who knew her as she was such a lovely, caring person - what a great long life she has lead. Hugs from the Childs family.

Marie was the sweetest lady I’ve met. She always had a smile on her face and never failed to put a smile on mine. She will be so dearly missed and never forgotten. My love is sent to the family, who is just as kind as she was.

Dear Pinner family, Besides my memories of "Auntie Ree" being so bubbly and kind I wanted to share what a special friend she was to my mother. My mom got pregnant for me unexpectedly, she was upset and not ready to have another child. When Marie heard about this she said "it will be okay Joanie, I will get pregnant again too and we'll raise these babies together" and she did! I was born in November and Cheri in December so my mom named me after her, Karen Marie. I cherish the memories of our families being together, camping at Ipperwash beach and all the fun times ice skating in our backyard rink. Andy and I send our deepest sympathy to all her beautiful family. She was such a special person and I know she will be forever loved and missed. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
