Obituary of Arnold Walker

On September 07, 2024, Arnold Walker in his 92nd year, went “Home at Last” from Hospice Cornwall, located in Cornwall, Ontario,

Arnold was predeceased by his parents John and Annie Walker, his brother John Walker, sister-in-law Ruth Walker, and grand-Nephew John Jordan Walker.

Arnold is survived by his Nephews’ John Bradley Walker (Cheryl) and Paul Donald Walker (Lynda), his Grand Nieces’ Jennifer Rebecca Walker-Aoki (Naoto), Tara Michelle Roberts (Kevin) and Heather Erin Boric (Dan), as well as Great-Grand-Nephews’ Spencer, Ryden, Andrew and Anthony and Great-Grand-Nieces’ Lyla and Brynnlee.

As well Arnold is survived by his Stepson Laszlo Bajzar and his children, Christine Bajzar, Hailey Bajzar and Andrew Bajzar,

Arnold was an employee of Stelco in Hamilton, Ontario and worked on the Stelco Nanticoke expansion at Lake Erie, as an Electrical Designer.

Arnold was a lifelong student of History specifically the World Wars, as well as enjoying Reading, England Soccer, Golf and the Hamilton Tiger Cats.

In recent years he enjoyed Spring, Summer and Fall at Pigeon Lake in the Kawartha’s, while reading, puttering on projects, and nodding off.

He was an enthusiastic teller of stories and the keeper of family history, from as far back as the 1600’s in England and Scotland.

Uncle Arnold will be dearly missed and never forgotten…
