I will always remember Aunt Jean with such fond memories especially as a child, she was always very kind, sincere and funny. Enjoyed Family gatherings at her and Uncle Bills home as a child, she always made you feel so welcome . I'm sad that she is the last of Dad's siblings to pass but find comfort in her being reunited up there with Uncle Bill and all her brothers and sisters and Jamie. Our sincere sympathy to all the Meek Family , hoping you all find comfort in your memories of Aunt Jean. I know I will always think of her with a smile. May she resi in peace. Love Trina and Family

My aunt Jean was the last surviving member of the Stratford Bannon clan. I’ll always remember her warm, engaging and cheerful presence at family gatherings. She was an amazing woman committed to family, faith and respect for everyone. She leaves behind an equally amazing family and many wonderful memories.

Aunt Jean was my godmother, my mother 's younger sister and an important part of my life. She was part of the wonderful Bannon family and of course the Meek family with whom I share many memories. She was much beloved.
