Obituary of Richard (Rick) Paul Gary Hill

HILL, Richard Paul Gary (Rick) Lost his battle with diabetes at the Hamilton General Hospital on Friday, January 7, 2011 at the age of 61 years. He will be greatly missed but always remembered by his wife Linda (nee Ludberg), daughters Natalie (Ryan Aikens), Sandra, Nicole and Shannon, mother Mary Hill, siblings Glenn, Janice, Wayne, Gary, Dianne and their spouses and children. Pops will always be loved by his grandbaby Lyssiana Aikens and his best friend Sammy. Rick worked 35 years as a federal employee and enjoyed being a DJ as Bluemoon DJ Services. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, January 10 at 1 p.m. followed by a reception. Cremation will take place. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
