Obituary of Peter Polak

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Peter Polak. He will be deeply missed by his wife Cheryl, children Peter Sean (Cynthia), Kory, Mike (Keisha), and Natalie (Jason). Forever remembered by his sister Mary Ann, and brother-in-law to Deborah and Rod Wilkinson. Predeceased by his brother John and parents Peter and Anna Polak. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many relatives in Austria and Poland.

Peter retired from Siemens / Westinghouse 15 years ago after working there for 40 years. Peter loved playing hockey and played for the Sharks as well as the company team. Peter spent many hours on his front porch, so many memories of good times with great neighbours, family and friends. Peter will be remembered for his quick wit, sense of humor and as he used to say "His brutally handsome good looks"'

As per Peter’s request, cremation has taken place with a private family viewing.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 10, 2024 at Macassa Bay Yacht Club, 80 Harbour Front Dr., Hamilton from 2 – 4 p.m. Please join the family to share stories and memories of Peter.
