My sincerest condolences to Robert's family and loved ones. I had the pleasure of meeting him at the Ancaster Longo's after its opening eight years ago. Robert came in daily for a coffee, and we engaged in many friendly conversations, short or long, but always thought provoking. I will miss the banter. May he rest in peace.

Sooooooo sad to hear of the loss of Dear Bob. I remember him well from my days working at Westdale Secondary School where his daughters Rebecca & Tamara went. He visited the school frequently (making sure his daughters were looked after) & always came into the office to have a chat with me. We had many interesting chats together. I also remember Bob from WestHighland Church....where he & Lois reserved an entire pew for the family. Bob was sooooooo loved & will be missed. Thinking of Lois, Rebecca, Tamara & families during this time. Sending my love, Pauline Vanderwal

Our condolences to the whole family for the passing of Robert. He sounds like a wonderful man of faith and family. May you find great comfort in Jesus’ words, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?” (‭‭John‬ ‭11‬:‭25‬-‭26‬)
