Obituary of James (Jimmy) Raymond Hind

HIND, James Raymond "Jimmy" Now at peace with his beloved wife Pauline Mae Hind. James passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital on Friday, December 21, 2007, surrounded by his family. Loving father of Daniel, David and Katherine and their spouses Kim, Tracy and Mark. Loving grandfather of Shawn Hind and Rebecca Hind. James is survived by his brother Donald and sisters Joan, Janet and Jean and their spouses. James is also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, aunts and uncles. He is predeceased by his parents Thomas Sr. and Josephine Hind and his brother Thomas Hind. Jim devoted his life to unselfishly providing to his family. His generous spirit, humour, and many fishing stories have touched and changed so many lives. He will be deeply missed by all his family and many friends. The family would like to thank Dr. Crombie, Dr. Boyle and all the doctors and nursing staff at St. Joseph's Hospital, Hamilton. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Saturday, December 29, 2007 at 11 a.m. Private interment to follow.
