Obituary of Ida Nell Hollingsworth

Hollingsworth, Ida Nell September 7, 1925-September 3, 2010 Ida passed away peacefully at the Juravinski Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Robert Hollingsworth and the late Charles Haight. Dear mother of April Sharon Preston, Lorraine Frances and her husband Bill MacIntyre, Stephen Charles Haight and Darryl Hollingsworth and his wife Lynne. Loving grandmother of Shannon (Jon), Christopher (Kate), Kelly (Chris), Keri (John), Jeremy, Charles and 9 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her sons Peter, John and Mark Haight. Dear sister of Jean Cameron, Audrey Pitt, Irene Perry, Mary Bonneville, Ernest Pitt and Helen Robb. Predeceased by Margaret Pearson, Gordon and Guy Pitt. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. (Due to road construction please enter by Second and Charles St.) The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, September 8, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
