We will greatly miss Frank's strong character and kind heart. He was a great neighbour who raised the bar on yard work and liked to spoil our kids with chocolate. We will miss seeing Frank and Barky on daily trips together around the neighbourhood. Frank's family is in our thoughts and prayers.
