Dear Suzanna, Greg, Anton, Marko, Teta Melena and all of your extended families, we are very sad and are thinking of you all with the loss of Stric Karl. Our memories growing up of him are of a very kind man with a good sense of humour who loved Slovenia Good Home Cooking! He always made everyone welcome at your house. He was very talented at carpentry and we still remember when he insisted on making a fence in our first home in the backyard. He was a perfectionist in his craftmanship. He enjoyed good food always and we will remember him as a very warm soul. We remember he was always there when you needed some help and never asked questions, he was a very hard worker and always got the job done. We remember many family parties with the Stevancec's and Volcansek's growing up together. Time is a precious thing, and remember to embrace every moment and cherish each blessing we have on earth together.
