Our dear sweet mother was a gentle woman of great inner strength. She demonstrated a dedication to remaining open-hearted even in the midst of great strife. She cared for us in so many ways. She loved the Lord and her many friends at Garside Gospel Church. The blessings and comfort she brought to her family and friends, her patients during her nursing career, and her sisters in the Lord, were many. Mommy, we will never be 'ready' to have you leave us. Knowing that you are in the arms of your Lord, is a great comfort. - Joan McColm
