Obituary of Dorothy McColm

Peacefully, at rest on January 3, 2015 Dorothy passed into the presence of her Lord Jesus Christ. Beloved wife of the late Murray. Cherished mother of Elaine (husband Dan), Lark Kerr (aka Joan), Michael (wife Patti), Steven and Tracey. Devoted grandmother of Jesse, Erin (husband Dean), Jay (wife Anne), Jasmine (husband Tony), Zephyr, Una and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Loving sister of Jean Gray (late Walter), Mary Huntington (late Aubrey), Irvin (wife Leah), Lois Richards (husband Dale), the late Oliver (wife Shirley) and the late Bud (wife Helen). Dorothy will always be remembered by the ladies coffee hour at Garside Bible Church. Special thanks to the caring staff of Willow Grove, St. Joseph’s Villa. Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday, January 9, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Garside Bible Church, 47 Garside Avenue North in Hamilton on Saturday January 10, 2015 at 11 a.m. Private interment to follow.
