Dear Joan, We are so sorry that we won't be able to attend the funeral. We are in Tennessee for several weeks and can't get away. I was glad I was able to visit you and Brian in the last few years. And I look back to the happy times that he and I spent together: going with him to his singing contests and playing table hockey. I can still see the sweat on his face is we fought for the puck. So happy that we share with you in the hope of reunion when the Lord returns. Yet the loss is something that only you and the children will understand in a way that we can't. Dear Joan and family, We are so very sorry to learn of Bryan's passing. How comforting to appreciate the wonderful truth that he is now with his Saviour and Lord: "absent from the body and at home with the Lord." Many are our happy memories of Bryan. Yes, he will be missed, but it is only until He comes. What a grand reunion awaits all of us. We are praying for you. Jut now we are in Myrtle Beach but our thoughts and prayers are with you.
