My sincerest condolences for your loss. He will live on, in our hearts and mind. Mr Aurini was the finest example of a problem solver, heart of gold, and one of the coolest mechanics I have ever had the pleasure and priviledge of being taught by. Everytime I work on a classic, everytime I turn a wrench, everytime i drive by Churchill Secondary, and everytime I remember the good old days.....Mr Aurini will always be there with me. The Thing Is Mr Aurini was the best Teacher and Friend a student could ask for . I had the pleasure of Mr Aurini for 3 years in the 70s . He would teach us to work with others and on our own. I would skip out of my other classes just to go to the Auto shop. Where mr Aurini would cover for me .I think he called the other teachers and let them know where I was. I went on to become a parent of 2 beautiful children, my Wife and I have 2 wonderful granddaughters now . I was a mechanical tech at American Can for 30 yrs. The teaching he gave us was amazing he understood us and taught us to figure out how to make it work . I truly believe i would not have turned out to be the Gentleman I am today had it not been for Mr Aurini . "The thing is " You will be truly missed. R.I.P.

Aunt Cecile, I can not thank you enough for all the times that Uncle Norm came and gave my mom assistance, cutting down trees, fixing leaking pipes, helping her with our old leaky pool. I was always amazed at what he could do and how he did it. Since my dad passed he was a great source of comfort for my mom. I can not thank you and Uncle Norm enough, he was a fantastic person, and he will be missed. Michael Rossi

The day has come and you will be missed by many people , I am one of them.The cottage will still have the cribbage board and i will have to find someone new to challenge me, perhaps Elise or Rowan can wop my butt...( i can be a bit of a goof-is) but Norm had a great way of calling me or Elise and Rowan that silly name.
