Obituary of Dane (Dan) Bjegovich

Bjegovich, Dane (Dan) 1953 ~ 2016 We lost our beloved Dan on December 16, 2016. He left us to join his wife Kathy (2009). Survived by his sons Robbie (Chrissy) and Joe, sister Mary, brothers Nick, Joe (Jenny) and Mike. Predeceased by his brother Steve. Dan will be dearly missed by his extended family, wonderful neighbours and so many close friends. His kind nature, generous manner and gentleness will leave a positive impression on all those who had the fortune of knowing him. He was affectionately known as “The Mayor” of Rosslyn Avenue. As per Dan’s wishes, cremation has taken place and will be laid to rest beside Kathy privately at a later date. A celebration of Dan’s life will be held at Buddy’s Roadhouse, 1360 King St. E. on Thursday December 22, 2016 from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Donations in Dan’s honour may be made to the charity of your choice.
