With profound sadness we announce the passing of Bill at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Thursday, July 18, 2019, in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Christa. Loving father of Rebecca and Bill (Tammy). Good friend to stepchildren Aaron Ritter (Lindsay) and Michelle (Jeff Stone). Cherished Opa to Jake, Taylor, Ava, Addison, Tiffany, Nolan, Peyton and Britney. Predeceased by his brother Don. Bill was a 20 year Organ Donor Survivor, because of this, he was given the gift of a second chance at life. Please consider signing your organ donor card. Special thanks to Dr. Treleaven and the Staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday, July 22 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Children’s Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
