I am so deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Mary Lou. It's Mother's day, and I was was going to come out of hiding and post on her wall that I was thinking of her. My sincerest condolences to Medea, Stephen, Ashley, and the rest of the family. Life is so precious, but heaven has a new angel to watch over us. I regret so much that I didn't call, message, or send a text in a long while because I thought of "Mom" so often. May "Mom" rest in peace, never to be forgotten. My heart is broken:(

Dear Media and Stephan: On behalf of the York Family (Uncle Mike and Aunt Jean, I wish to extend our sincerest sympathy of the passing of your dear mother Mary Lou. I always remember her with a smile on her face and very bubbly. Mary Lou was a good wife to my cousin Roy (your dad) during his times of health issues. The two of them created a large and loving family. Now they are finally together, at peace and free from pain. I was a bridesmaid at their wedding. Mary Lou will surely be missed by so many family and people she befriended over the years. My sincere condolences to the family of Mary Lou. She was a great colleague of mine for many years at The Wentworth County Board of Education. We were fondly known as "Mary Lou 1" and "Mary Lou 2".
