To Drew, I was always “ beanie”. He was loving and gentle, and I was always allowed to “ keep the change “ when I had gone to fetch anything from the shops for him when we lived in Barrhead. He had such a sunny disposition and we laughed a lot. I really missed him when he left for Canada, but he always touched base with the family. He met- then married his beloved Rose and I became “ beanie “ to her as well. After our dad Andy passed, mum and I visited rose and Drew in Stoney Creek. On one occasion, mum stayed for three months when I travelled to Canada with the Breath Of Scotland show. My mum, Drew and family were a great support, and were in the audience when we performed in Hamilton. Drew is at rest now and will be reunited with rose,-the love of his life. They will be together forever now. You will never be forgotten dearest Drew- by family and friends and will always be remembered as a smiling and loving man who was loved by all. Goodbye my dear big brother,
